We have been without hot water for a few weeks, and the office was able to schedule me for today. Jerry, the plumber, was assigned to my repair. He was very professional as well as personable. He worked on my hot water heater and explained to me his diagnosis and went about fixing the issue. At the completion of the job, he showed me what I needed to do if this issue occurs in the future. I felt very comfortable with him in my home as he was pleasant and interested in helping me -the customer. I give him 5 stars and Excellent!”
