“We contacted Messina for advice and information on how to more effectively and efficiently heat our three-season room. Richy came and we found him to be extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. Bottom line, unless we were willing to do some form of invasive interior construction, there was really no other way to heat that room beyond what we had been doing. However, the next day Richy called to tell us that he had just seen an electrical heating system that might be perfect for our room and gave us the information on where to find that heater and others that were similar. “We have has many services and installation performed my Messina Plumbing . We had a new sewer line installed at our homes in both Dover and Lewes. Adam was in charge of that work and was professional and knowledgeable and efficient. Both were big jobs and done well. Once we moved to Lewes we needed new heat pumps, thermostats, auxiliary propane heaters and a sump pump. You installed two separate systems :one for the upstairs and another for the first floor. This was a major job and expensive but yours was the best price quoted to us and this job was done seamlessly and the systems work well. Recently we had a difficult to diagnose problem with one of our new thermostats and Richie and Ben figured out the problem , fixed it by replacing the unit and and the problem that was being caused by the air handler. In no case did we lose heat or air conditioning or toilet flushes!! Your workmen are courteous and always reassuring. And overall Betty in the office holds my hand and schedules everything to help and calm me. I guess I am a Messina fan for life!!
