“I called for an after hours appointment on a Friday evening because our first floor heater had stopped working. Richy came immediately to check it out. After we explained that we had this problem several times in the past month, he asked several questions to try and solve the problem. Unfortunately, we had turned the heater off and back on. So, he wasn’t able to get the correct error code. So, when it happened again on Saturday morning, he came back immediately and got the heat going for the rest of weekend.
